Long white crepe formal dress w/ spaghetti straps

Unk size long cream/white crepe formal dress w/shawl (I wore it for my wedding). Professionally cleaned right after the wedding and encased in plastic since! I have literally turned it inside out to try to find size/brand or material tags, but there’s nothing!! Purchased at Gigi’s of Mequon. I am 5’8.5”and weigh about 135 (maybe 140 at the time of the wedding). All that I remember is what I paid for it, lol. Measurements or more pics available on request.
