Long tunic v-neck long sleeve fringe bottom black and cream sweater

Long sleeve v-neck with side slots and eye catching fringe bottom very soft and comfy fabric 70% acrylic 30% cotton This is a sweater as opposed to a dress mainly because of the side slits. The slits could easily be hand or machine stitched together by a few inches to convert this piece into a very cute and comfortable dress.
