Long tunic or dress

In black and cream, this tunic has kimono style sleeves to the elbow.; an Empire waist thats flattering to all body types. Its long enough to be worn as a dress, but can also be worn with leggings or skinny jeans as a longer tunic. It has ties at the side to be tied around back, accentuating the waist.
