Long printed shirt

This is a vintage long sleeved printed shirt. It has 2 slits on either side, 2 upper pockets, collars and cuffs in a thicker fabric to the shirt. It also has shoulder pads. The buttons are triangular. Unfortunately the top button was missing when I bought it and I used a brooch to close it. Also looks good open at the collar or even fully open over denim! It's quite baggy and would fit an S or M well.
