@sher3900 Hi! There is a tiny elastic band in it, but it’s mostly held up by the matching ribbon that comes with it!

Thank you for your response. One more question, I choose and like things that don’t come in on the waist. Do you think the waist is loose enough without the tie for this? I appreciate your time 😊

@sher3900 No problem! For me, I had already bought it a little big, so the ribbon definitely helped. The elastic slightly hung around my midsection. I definitely would recommend wearing the ribbon on it. Hope this helps!
