Long Sleeved black top by Velvet

This wonderful top has very long sleeves that are meant to be pushed up. This top can be worn either dressy or casual as it is made of 70% cotton and 30% silk, making it stretchy and soft. It has a silky pleated cowl color that is extremely flattering. Although it says size L, it runs very small and fits like a size S or M. It is 24" from shoulder to hem and 18" from pit to pit. It no longer fits me or I would be keeping it.
