Super cute! Costume jewelry piece. I have worn it a few times around Key West where I live....have so many and it's time to move this one along! Has the marking "NY" on the tab. A little tarnishing overall on the tag but not really seen on the necklace itself. Super awesome lightweight metal charms, resin and glass beads all gold-toned/brass-toned costume jewelry. This was a gift to me in the past. I do not know where it was purchased. Overall length is about 36".
