Long Lightweight Duster Kimono with Short Ruffle Sleeves

NWOT Button front long v neck and v back duster. Feels like a blended fabric, very lightweight but doesn’t wrinkle horribly. Button up the front, also has a tie that would be under breast, higher waisted. It is one size fits all, I feel it would fit a medium to larger size best. Very pretty and expensive looking.
