London Fog rain boots

London Fog rain boots. On the left front of the boot there is a slash mark but it doesn’t penetrate the boot so no water can get In The boot. There are some scuffs on both boots, please see pictures for details. On the right boot the zipper works and zips but doesn’t have a big tag to zip it. They are size 9 woman’s
