It can stretch beyond 38” a bit, but the design across the chest looks a bit too stretched in my opinion. Waist 32” to 36”. Hips 40-44”. Total length shoulder to hem 38”. ⭐️ Flaws: No obvious flaws found other than some small snags on the inside of the dress by the tag (last picture).
