Across the back from arm pit to arm pit approx 16" (Bra size should be 32 - 33) Waist approx. 14" flat or 25/28" around Hips the dress has a full skirt. Length of dress from waist seam to hem is approx 17" Length from Shoulder seam to hem is approx. 32" It is sleeveless and it is a very short Mini dress. The fabric is a little stretchy. Zipper in the back. ***There are belt loops but no belt. The front has a rounded neckline. It is Fully lined. The fabric is a cotton/nylon blend. This could be worn for a formal occasion, to a cocktail party, to a wedding, or any fancy dinner or date. Wear it for the PROM. Very Good quality in very good condition. I purchased this holiday party dress in London. The charity shops there spray a fabric freshener on their clothing. I doesn't affect the fabric, only makes it smell good.
