London Fog Ruffle Jacket Yellow with White Dots

This jacket is just precious. Ruffles on the pockets, and chest. Yellow with white polka dots and a cozy little hood. The inside is a soft fleece-y feeling material that is quite warm. I don't have a little girl, but if I did, I would put her in this 💖 One small stain pictured near the zipper and one small black spot on back near edge of pocket.
