Hand painted w/ rhinestones. “Birthday Girl, Too” **looks like a small paint flaw on the bottom next to the pink hearts, on the lime green rim around bottom) I took pictures for reference. It’s not peeling off or bubbling. It just feels and looks like the paint didn’t dry properly. So, it’s not really a flaw per se, It has character and is now one of a kind, lol Thanks for looking.
