Lola Italy Silk On or off Shoulder Red White & Blue Patterned Tiered Dress Uniqu

I just took this out of my closet, it is really a beautiful and unusual dress from Lola Italy. The Care and size tag are missing as well as the fabric content, but I feel quite certain this is silk. You can wear this on or off the shoulder. This mini dress could be worn as a tunic if desired. It has a tiered shape. The dress is partially Lined. I would dry clean or hand wash.
