jessmiu @thepoptart Hello! The polka dots are only on the sleeves and not in the solid color ( the body of the dress). They have kind of velvety texture. The sleeves looks like chiffon material… I hope that I answered your question.

jessmiu @thepoptart I’m from Italy😉, living in the US. I’m 5’8” as well. This dress is considered a short dress… I personally like shorter.☺️ It’s 34.2 inches or 87.5 cm from the shoulder to the hem.
