Beautiful off white tunic with a gorgeous pleated hem that is sewn on so it will always be pleated. There is delicate lace trim on the bottom of the pleats and lace appliqués on the front and neckline. It was only worn once, in perfect condition; no stains, holes or tears. Approximate measurements: chest 17.5”, length is 31”. Smoke/pet free home.
