Loft floral ruffled neck tank top

This is a really cute shirt. It’s a lovely floral print tank top with a very feminine ruffled neckline. It’s cotton and fully lined. It’s cute tucked into a skirt or worn not tucked in over pants. It’s wrinkly from storage, but no known flaws.
