aprylrays @cyndiesstuff hello! I posted two pics of the arm holes with measurements. The ruffles taper and don’t impact the width and height of the arm hole, and measure 9”. Please let me know if you need any other measurements! Thank you for the question!

aprylrays @cyndiesstuff hello! Sorry for the misunderstanding, I measured across the chest to the base of the arm pit hole and it is 23” not pulled tight, there’s about an inch of give past 23”. Please let me know if you have any more questions!
