Loft V-Neck Wrap Blouse

Cute green floral blouse with a v-shaped neckline, flutter sleeves and a wrap-around tie that loops from the inside. The neckline also has a clasp to keep it securely closed. Worn only twice so it's still in great condition! There is no stretch to the fabric and I think it could fit XXS or XS comfortably.
