Loft Flutter Sleeve Blouse, Navy & White, EUC, Floral, Abstract, the tag says XS but the size loosely fits sizes XS & Small, I’m a size medium and it still fits me while only being slightly snug around the arm holes. I’d say it’s a true S, but I’m happy to provide measurements upon request. This fabric has no stretch but is very flowy with beautiful fluttered/ flowy sleeves. The color is a true navy & white.
