Loft Drop Waist Floral Dress size Large

Loft Button Down Floral Dress; has drop waist that can be bloused to make skirt shorter. The skirt portion is lined and does not show underwear. It is light weight but I have worn in the fall and winter paired with tights, blazer, boots, cardigan. The top can be buttoned/unbuttoned to the waist. The sleeves are 3/4 length. I usually wear size 12-14, this is not too short as I am 5,9”. The floral pattern has maroon,black, light pink, and olive green.
