Loeffler Randall / Fenton Triple buckle rain boot

Adorable and functional rain booties. Very sought after style by loeffler Randall. These are in great condition, only flaw to report is some peeling as seen in pictures. It is not noticeable and does not affect the functionality of these beauties. It just never rains where I live!
