@lyndamolino hi Lynda! The heel is 4” and I just added additional photos and a video for you to get a closer look at the condition of the shoes. I would classify them as worn/used without any flaws. You can’t really tell they’re used when you have the shoes on. The only places that look worn are the bottom of the shoes and a bit under the toe area which no one sees while wearing the shoes. Hope that helps!
