This is a really pretty top to throw over a simple black dress or tank top. It has a single tie in the front and trimmed in velvet. It is a rayon crêpe material. The under arm under arm is approximately 23 inches across the front. The length is 27 inches.The sleeve length is approximately 20 inches and is a bell sleeve. It’s black and red Japanese style design. I’m firm on the price.
