This vintage top is by the brand Loco Lindo! It is a button down style with slits up the side and split cuffs. Fabric is a crepe rayon with all over tropical/travel style print. It says Ristora, which is Italian for refresh or restore. Buttons are iridescent/abalone style square buttons. There is a bit of wear on the top of slits (light fraying/pulling).
