karlijnh @alairdcraig hi! the flat lay measurement for the waist is approximately 14.5", so the waist is about 29". the ties make it adjustable so can go a little smaller or bigger. I'd say it fits true to size as a medium, I'm a small and it's a little big on me. lmk if you have other questions!
