Black and silver locking file box. In good condition - the locks have never had the plastic protectors taken out to actually lock. Inside is lined with black felt. There are a few cosmetic defects - this was pre owned by my boss, so I'm not sure what caused the marks. Overall very good condition. No need to limit the items inside to files. Easy to move if you wanted to make this a "go box" of important papers or items like jewelry in an emergency. Photos included to show measurements. Please let me know if you have any questions!
