Lochcarron Fisherman cardigan sweater. Made in Scotland from 100% wool.M

In the old days in Scotland and Ireland every county/village had their own distinct pattern that was registered with the officials. If a fisherman died at sea they could determine where he was from by the pattern on his sweater. This is a gorgeous warm patterned sweater with cool buttons and two front pockets. No size but armpit to armpit is 22” length 23” - I don’t believe it’s ever been worn.
