Local Celebrity white high low loose top Large

This top has been sitting in a drawer in storage so it's a bit wrinkled. Could easily be thrown in the wash and dried perfectly. In as-is condition, though I don't see any flaws. It was never worn, but was bought to use as an over shirt for the gym or over a bathing suit as I'm a small/medium. This is a high low shirt and shows a hippie throwing up a peace sign.
