Has a large central zippered compartment with water bottle holders and a zip pocket. Two large side pockets - one for laptop that is padded for protection, another that has many smaller compartments for phone, keys, wallet, pens, lip products, etc. Also has a holder for keys and a nice leather snap that I assume would be good for an ID badge or rings, jewelry etc. Has a zip pocket that turns into a sleeve to slide over luggage handle bar when traveling.
