khck is the inside of the bag clean? smells? also is the last photo the actual receipt for this bag? want to verify it is indeed the washed canvas and not the new organic canvas . also did you ever find the shoe insert....is not a big deal to me if not. ...but would be nice to know if comes with or not as far as the price
