Questions? Vintage Lloyd Williams black velvet with silver metallic like skirt Dress. Size 8 Has an added vintage belt (not the original and a bit worn). Belt complements the waist. This can be removed or replaced. Bodice has shoulder pads for structure. The dress has a stiff petticoat lining tulle underneath. There are some worn spots on the tulle (hand repaired only). This does not affect this beautiful dress for wearing purposes. Nostalgic. @ 1980’s Grace Kelly vibe. No other flaws noted. Approximate measurements in photos. Waist has elastic for stretchy fit.
