kerihartle @susanrowe0325 I am so sorry about that. I thought I had them both wrapped in bubble wrap. I haven’t previously had my shipments break but perhaps I was overly confident in my wrapping job. Do you know how I would go about refunding you half of your purchase price?

kerihartle @susanrowe0325 my response from Poshmark support: "It looks like the buyer has received the order. Buyers have 72 hours upon delivery to file an "item not as described" claim with Poshmark. Once they do so, we will follow up with any information regarding a potential return. Only a buyer may file this claim. It looks like the buyer's 72 hour return window has already expired and your funds for this order have been released. Please advise the buyer to contact Poshmark directly."
