Very cute and comfortable dress from Lizard Thicket. Long sleeve. Has tassel tie on the neck. Smocked band around the waist. Very flowy and flirty. Neck line is low, I had to wear a bralette underneath. Only worn a couple times. In perfect condition. Great dress for spring and fall.
