Liz McCoy stretchy blouse, size 1x

Liz McCoy stretchy blouse, size 1x, NWT Pretty green, black and white colors. Elastic neckline with bow. There is a small area on the right side of the shirt where it looks like it didn’t get stitched up on the side. See pic. I don’t see to sew well anymore but it’s an easy fix. I thought I’d just wear a blazer with it and just never wore it. Smoke free home.
