Brown chiffon outer layer. Polyester lining. Pink rose heart wreath print. Sleeves are unlined, as shown in second to last picture.
Fits US 0-4.
Stretches to a max of 36” around under bust. 26” non stretched.
Under bust to bottom hem is 22”.
Almost like new condition. No damage, no stains.
