Liz Claiborne shell dress 20s style low belt

Cute almost 20s style dress. Dry clean only, polyester. The bottom is kind of asymmetrical with the top shell layer. The integrated belt sits low in the hips. This dress features bra strap snap stays, one is detached from the snap but could be easily fixed. There is also a weight that keeps the cowl neck inside and in place. It goes inside the dress and prevents the cowl from falling outwards. Fancy!
