@lucyliwak the pictures you added to the claim you filed for a full refund reflects the same condition as those in my listing which was the “shoulder” bag you purchased and received; hence the reason Poshmark denied your claim. I would have happily provided more detailed measurements if requested and urge any potential buyer to ask questions PRIOR to purchasing. I followed protocol & never given a chance to satisfy your concern as we had a death in the family.
