Two outside sections have magnetic closure. Interior padded for laptop protection. Lots of pockets for storage and organization. Exterior zip pocket mesh storage pocket, key fob, pen slots and two pockets. Measures about 18' wide at bottom, 13" wide at top, 11.5" tall, 3" deep. Excellent condition. mcammen I'm confused about the dimensions since you list two. Could you tell me how much each large pocket expands. I need space for a large ring binder on one side and a thinner one on the other side, plus space for travel mug and water bottle. I know, I'm asking a lot for one briefcase!

goldtrove @mcammen I updated the measurements on the listing to make them easier to understand. The width on the base of the bag is 3 inches. The sides do expand beyond that. I'm not sure it would work for that many items. Thank you for your interest!
