Liz Claiborne Black Block Heel Sandals

Chic black sandals with a sturdy block heel. Ideal for versatile styling. Velvet soft outer strap and heel. Heel is 2 inches. Size is 8M. There is some brown glue material on the foot bed. I tried to remove with a wet towel but it did not budge. It does not affect the wear of the shoe.
