Liverpool stretchy pants

Liverpool stretching pants size 8 petite. 8/29. Tag says 8/29 but more like 26. Good Preowned condition made out of nice feeling material. I bought them used and I think they hemmed them but seemed too short to me for pants and too long for capris. I am 5’1
