What is the waist measurement lying flat ? And the material composition ???

@jacquilandrum 30” across the waist and they are 59% Viscose, 19% Polyester, 17% Nylon and 5% Elastane

@jacquilandrum they sit just over the hipbones on me. If they were high waisted, they would be 28” across the waist
