LiveScribe Starter Notebook Echo Smartpen 2GB Instructions FOR PARTS Not Working I tried charging the pen with the USB charger but it wouldn't turn on. The pen part itself works (though it is sticking out), I tested on a page in the notebook. May be missing pages but the rest of the pages are blank. Notebook covers has scratches/markings/bent spots. Comes with notebook, instruction manual, pen and USB charger.
