teawalkincloset @mbirdmomw4 oops , 😬 I commented w/o looking at the date . (Feb) You can always make a deal for free or reduced shipping w/ a bundle. I just thought it was a big ask from the customer to see if she could still keep her free shipping win from the day before. The whole point of the givy is to incentivize customers to buy while the auction is in progress. Maybe she was new to PM. I’m sure you handled the situation well 🌸
