savannahale16 Through the entire process Taylor has been amazing with communication and responsiveness. The package was deemed lost and we both got our money released for the package. HOWEVER, after several weeks the package miraculously arrived today on my front porch. The box had really been through it in transit, but my bag was absolutely perfect. It was in such beautiful condition and super clean. Taylor is super sweet and she went above and beyond for my happiness and satisfaction.
