Littlest Pet Shop RARE Target Exclusive Hat Box Collectors Item Blue Hard to find item. This box has some damaged spots where the paper covering is coming off, and the top of the box is not totally flat on the top. I had a hard time showing that the lid is not flat but a bit bowed in the middle. Please review all photos.
