Littlest Pet Shop - "Leapin Lagoon"

This is the Littlest Pet Shop Leapin' Lagoon playset, which was released by Hasbro in 2005.  * The set includes a frog character that can be placed on an inner tube on the diving board. 
 * By pressing a button, the frog is designed to "hop" from the diving board to the lily pads. 
 * The set is part of the Littlest Pet Shop series and was intended for children aged 4 and up.
