Short sleeved,V-neck, button down blouse can be easily dressed up and worn to the office with a pair of slacks or a skirt, and high heels or dressed down with a pair of jeans and sneakers. The fabric is soft and light with a pattern with tiny flowers, short sleeves have ruffles at end. This blouse is in excellent condition.
