Little Mermaid Ariel custom made dress

Well, here goes nothing. I’ve been wanting a cute Ariel dress to Disney-bound in for like forever. I’ve never really found one I like so I reached out to someone on Etsy to make it. Very long story short, after waiting 8 months! It arrived and it doesn’t fit and there are some design flaws (shoulder straps unbutton easy). I’m not handy with a needle and I’d just rather recoup some money. I’m embarrassed to tell you what I really paid for it.
