Little Girl’s Handmade Poufy Tutu

Adorable 2-tiered hot pink tutu is edged with satiny silver ribbon around both tiered hems. Elasticized waistband is about an inch wide so it doesn’t dig into the waist. On front center is a silver & pink bow with frayed ribbon in the middle made to look like an open flower (very creative!) The bow streamers reach the hemline. So cute! The skirt really sticks out with the gathering of tulle that makes up the tutu. It’s no size given but I’d guess about a 2T-3T. In excellent condition except pic6 shows a small spot that’s stuck to the tulle. I didn’t want to pull it & possibly put a hole in the fabric but it’s not noticeable at all. Just want the buyer to be aware.
